A Whole New World

I have been staying up so late these the last 2 nights so today I wanted to keep it casual and plus I over slept lol. Well usual I do dress pretty casual/ very business casual for work. I threw on this cute Aladdin tee shirt with faux leather sleeves and I thought I'd style with some green Ralph Lauren jeans and a pair of sandals comfortable and cute oh yea that's the way to......but on a side note  I'm ready to start my 3 day weekend I am beyond exhausted and can't wait to sleep in......

Leather Mini

I know we are about to be well into summer here in Texas ugh that means I have hot days to look forward too where I'll recite " I'm melting I'm melting meeellllting "   Wicked Witch of The West style and oily skin geez being a child born in Autumn I can't take these heat summers. Lately however we've been having some cool evenings despite darkness falling at almost 9pm. I've been taking advantage of this and still breaking out some of my "it's still cool enough" to wear these pieces, although leather can be worn year round I doubt I'll be tempted to break any out if the summer will be anything like it was last year.......

Bright Pink And Snake Print

I have total thrifted outfit ...again..... the shirt and pants I'm wearing together cost me like $3.00 which you can't beat that deal for an outfit. I wanted to try something different and fun so I paired the neon pick shirt with the darker teal snake print pants definitively an unexpected look but for me I think it works.Sometimes you have to get out of your safe zone and try new and different things without worrying about what others may think, and with fashion anything pretty much goes. Everyone is not gonna like everything you do or wear but whatever you gotta do you.

Floral and Denim

Well check me out wearing shorts! These are by far the most comfortable shorts I have ever worn. I'm really surprised I'm wearing a pair, but I say to hell with it lives to short to be ashamed of yourself  and not to mention I have killer legs lol... the shorts only cost me about $1.50! They still had the tags on them when I thrifted them. If you can't tell by now I am a HUGE thrift and bargain shopper. I'm always looking for awesome deals. You know that feeling when you just find something great for dirt cheap ahh man I love that feeling. It's gonna be alot of thrifted pieces coming up soon I predict ;-)

Leather and Mint

It's a nice very windy day and I decided I wanted to dress up a bit for dinner something I rarely get to do as of a late is go out even to a movie smh. Life tends to get pretty boring at times, but I'm finally up and ready to do something anything that'll get me out of the house for a while. So I threw on my "leather" jacket and mint dress I've been having forever and headed out. I ended up doing dinner and catching a movie. Erm I'm not really feeling my hair I'll be changing it again completely next week sometime of course I'll probably have some up coming post were it'll be how was previously tho...........

Floral Edge

It's Sunday Fun-day for me and I am heading out to see a musical this afternoon. I have never been to one so this should be interesting to see how I like it. I mean I've watched movies of them before but hey live on stage is different from a movie. So I am excited about it. I wanted to dress up just a tad bit and decided to wear my homemade tutu (I'm wearing floral shorts underneath!) that I made myself and it came out pretty good if I do say so myself. But I wanted a bit of edge but girly edge if that makes sense so I paired with cute floral moto jacket. If you're interested in making your own here's a popular tutorial on how to make one. Enjoy! http://www.livingwellspendingless.com/2013/07/22/no-sew-super-full-tulle-skirt-diy/
side note:I look so like mean/tough in these pics. The sun was all in my face I was trying hard to keep a soft face lol

Mr. Peabody

So it's been a nice and breezy day today. I am loving this weather. I had some menswear inspiration with this shirt I picked while thrift shopping some weeks ago and paired it with Justfab's Avalene shoes. The little cute "bowtie" that came with the shirt gives me a whole Mr. Peabody vibe.  wish I wore my glasses. Oh and it was only a $1.00 so surprised no one snagged it up! Nothing  like finding a good deal! This is why I love thrifting and DIY projects my motto: 'Why pay for what you can do yourself?" and "Never pay full price" lol
